When accompanying t he Vietnamese high - ranking delegation of President Truong Tan Sang paying official visit to Laos , Chien Cong Mineral and Industry Joint Stock Company (a member of Chien Cong Transportation and Industrial Co-operative) was been granted the Certificate to Invest in Foreign Countries by the Ministry of Planning and Investment for the project of over 28 millions USD (from its own capital) in order to invest on exploit and process mineral in Laos .
